Customers

Your customers are the people behind every order. CIQRA keeps their details organized so you can look someone up, understand their history, and support them well. Start with the list, open a profile for the full picture, read their history, group them with tags, or see how shoppers manage their own accounts on your storefront.

When someone registers on your storefront or places an order, they appear as a customer in your admin. Open Customers under the Sell group to see the full customer list.

A profile pulls together the customer’s name and status, summary tiles for lifetime value, order and return history, contact details, tags, wishlist and saved addresses — all on one page. See A customer profile.

They summarise value and activity — Orders (with how many are paid), Spent (lifetime spend), Avg order, Frequency (roughly how often they buy) and Last order (with when they first bought). See Order and return history.

Use tags. On a customer’s profile, select Edit tags to add a label such as vip. Tagging everyone who shares a trait with the same label is how you build simple segments. See Customer tags and segments.

Yes. On your storefront, signed-in shoppers can update their details and addresses, choose a default address, and review their order history, so much of a profile stays current on its own. See Storefront customer accounts.

Open the customer’s profile and use the Deactivate action in the header to change the account’s status when you need to. See A customer profile.

Where do I see what a customer has returned?

Section titled “Where do I see what a customer has returned?”

On the customer’s profile, the Returns card lists anything they’ve sent back, with the related order, the reason and the outcome such as Refunded. See Order and return history.
