Settings
Settings is where a store is configured rather than operated: the things you set once, or revisit a few times a year, rather than the things you touch every day.
The admin groups these destinations into six groups. This section uses the same six, in the same order, with the same names — so that what you read here and what you see on the screen line up.
Two things worth knowing before you go looking
Section titled “Two things worth knowing before you go looking”Your password lives on the sessions screen. Under Your account you will see both Password and Your sessions, and they are the same destination. That is deliberate: the password form has always been the first card on that screen, but the only way in was labelled “Your sessions”, and nobody scanning a settings menu for a password stops on that word. A feature you cannot find is indistinguishable from one that does not exist.
Some destinations are hidden rather than missing. What you can see depends on your role: staff-only entries (team, roles, activity log) and settings-only entries do not render for accounts without that permission. If a page named here is not in your menu, the first thing to check is your own role, not whether the feature exists.
What this page does not say
Section titled “What this page does not say”- It does not tell you which buttons to press. No screen in this section has a screenshot in this help centre, and we do not print steps we have not checked against the admin as it is today. Our test suite does capture some of these screens (billing, payments, roles, webhooks), but which page each capture shows has not been established, and an unverified screenshot is worse than none: it looks like evidence.
- It does not cover Webhooks or SMS notifications in a group page. Both exist as labels in the admin, and both sit outside the six groups above; they are reached from their own screens rather than the grouped menu.
