I can't sign in to my admin

Signing in to CIQRA uses a secure two-step flow: your password and a two-step (2FA) verification code, entered on a dedicated CIQRA identity page — never on the store itself. Most sign-in trouble is a step that didn’t complete, or a lost 2FA device.

Things to check

• Are you completing both steps? Sign-in isn’t finished until you’ve entered both your password and your two-step code on the CIQRA identity page. Make sure you’re getting all the way through the second step — see Create your account & sign in.
• Is your 2FA code current? Authenticator codes rotate every few seconds. If a code is rejected, wait for a fresh one and enter it promptly.
• Have you lost your 2FA device? For security, codes can’t be bypassed. If you no longer have your authenticator, recover access through your workspace owner or CIQRA support.
• Do you have an account yet? Your CIQRA account is created when your **store is

set up**. If you’ve never signed in, confirm store setup has been completed.

Caution

Because credentials are entered only on the dedicated CIQRA identity page, be wary of any page asking for your CIQRA password on the storefront itself — that isn’t part of the sign-in flow.

Note

Sign-in issues that persist after these checks are best handled by support, especially anything involving 2FA recovery, which can’t be resolved by resetting a password alone.
